GTF’s Career Counselling & Guidance Programme supports youth from vulnerable communities by helping them explore suitable career and education paths. In collaboration with SERAC Education, GTF conducts psychometric tests and counselling sessions to assess each student’s background, interests, and abilities. Based on these insights, personalized guidance is provided on career and employment opportunities. Focus group discussions with parents and youth help understand family circumstances, ensuring practical and achievable advice. Since 2018, the programme has been regularly implemented in Ashram Schools, BMC Schools, and rural tribal schools, empowering students to make informed career choices and build brighter futures.

The One Mind Program is a holistic initiative focused on promoting mental health and emotional well-being. It adopts a multifaceted approach that includes awareness sessions, psychometric assessments, and personalized counseling services. Designed for diverse student groups — including Engineering, JEE, NEET, UPSC-MPSC aspirants, Medical, and Tribal students — the program addresses their unique mental health challenges. Through targeted interventions, it fosters understanding, resilience, and emotional balance. By combining awareness with scientific assessment and counseling, the One Mind Program aims to build a supportive environment that nurtures mental strength and encourages open conversations about mental health.

Global Thought Foundation Organised a Career Literacy Mission in jalgaon district, Maharashtra. For these GTF partnered with Jalgaon District Collectorate, Jalgaon Secondary education Department & Serac Education. Under the program GTF conducted Psychometric Analysis career test followed by expert counselling. Under the program more than 2000 students (X Std) from 15 schools benefitted.Test and Counselling session where conducted online, which was easily accessible on Mobile phone. During counselling session Students where also adjoined with parents and teacher. The program help the students from rural areas to choose & explore the right career options for them

The Stress Management Program, organized by Global Thought Foundation in collaboration with the Motilal Oswal Foundation, was designed for school teachers and principals in the Wada District. Forty educators participated in this insightful seminar aimed at helping them manage stress effectively. The session provided valuable understanding of different stress levels and their symptoms, along with practical tools to identify and manage them. Through interactive discussions and guided techniques, the program empowered educators to maintain emotional balance, enhance well-being, and create a healthier learning environment for themselves and their students.
